What we collect
When you submit a quote request through this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your postcode
- Details of the service you're enquiring about and any message you provide
- Photos you choose to upload, if any
We don't collect payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange and carry out the waste collection or decorating work you've requested. We do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell your data to third parties.
Where it's stored
Quote requests are sent to us by email via Formspree, and stored in a database hosted by Supabase so we can track bookings and their status. Both are reputable third-party services used only to operate this website — neither uses your data for their own purposes. Only EH Decorators & Waste Management staff can view your booking details.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting and legal purposes, typically no longer than a few years after your last job with us. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.
Cookies & third-party services
This site uses Google Fonts to display text and embeds a Google Map on the contact section, both of which may load small amounts of data from Google's servers. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to how we use your data
