What happens to my waste?
Everything is sorted at a licensed facility. On average, over 80% of what we collect is recycled or reused rather than sent to landfill.
Do you do decorating work too?
Waste clearance is our main focus, but we do take on light decorating jobs — painting, minor repairs and touch-ups — from time to time. Mention it in your quote request and we'll let you know if we can help.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — once we've agreed a price, a deposit of 10% of the total quote secures your booking slot.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily — as long as the items are accessible, we can often collect without you needing to be there. Just let us know in advance.
